Refund/Exchange Policy

Return, Exchange, Refund Policy, Cancellations, Back Orders
We do all we can to exchange or return items. If you're not satisfied, please follow these next few steps:

1. Email with the problem or reason for exchange or return. Your request must be completed within 15 days of receipt of the item (Please note that you may only return/exchange most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund).

2. Send the merchandise back to:

PLEASE NOTE: If merchandise is damaged, worn, washed or stained, no exchange will be given and the item will be returned to you.

3. Once we receive the return, the exchange product will be shipped. (Please include order ID number and your name (along with new sizes/color/etc. for exchanges) with package. Also, please keep your returns tracking number for proof of delivery.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: Email for any returns or exchanges. Generally, most items qualify for a full refund if returned within 15 days in original packaging and condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.). Return requests after 15 days are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. No refunds are allowed after 30 days of the original order date, but may be eligible for return for a store credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer making the return. We will exchange sizes on clothing one time only, at no extra charge.

During the Christmas holidays we will extend our return privileges to Jan. 31. Returns after the end of February purchased during the holidays are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy: We will accept cancellations if your product has not shipped yet or is not already packaged and ready for UPS pickup. Please email with any questions.

Back Orders: Unless contacted by the customer, we process refunds for items that will take longer than 30 business days to process and ship. Customers can contact us through our website or at to find out the status of an order. If a customer chooses to wait on the back order to arrive (if longer than the 30 days) we will note and adjust the order accordingly.
